2 Wiring & Internal Functions

  • 1 Governor, motor power supply positive input.
  • 2 Governor, motor power input negative.
  • 3 The positive output of the power supply of the motor.
  • 4 Negative output of the power supply of the motor.
  • 5 High and low level output of positive and negative rotation control, high level 5V, low level 0V, controlled by touch switch 2 (F/R), default is high level.
  • 6 High and low level output of brake control, high level 5V, low level 0V, controlled by touch switch 1 (BRA), power on default high level.

3 Governor Parameter Settings

  • Frequency Setting: Press and hold touch switch 1 before power-on, then power the board. Release when the screen displays "FEQ:20K". Touch switch 1 to reduce, switch 2 to add. Factory default is 20KHz.
  • Number of Poles: Press and hold both switch 1 and 2 before power-on, then power the board. Release when the screen shows "number of poles: 1 polarity". Touch switch 1 to reduce, switch 2 to add. Factory default is 1 pole.
  • Feedback Setting: The FG/FG*3 pin sets the feedback multiple. Adding the jumper cap sets it to 3 times FG; removing it sets it to single times FG.
  • Direction Setting: The CW/CCW pin determines the motor's initial state when the direction line is suspended. CCW requires a jumper cap; CW does not.
  • Main Interface: The current screen mainly displays input voltage, speed, frequency, and duty cycle. For correct speed display, the FG/FG*3 feedback and pole number must be configured.

4 Governor Precautions

Warning: The positive and negative power supply of the governor must be connected in accordance with the instructions, and must not be reversed. Otherwise, the governor will fail to work and will burn out.
