High-efficiency brushless DC motors optimized for integration into local HVAC, lawn care, robotics, and industrial automation networks across Gothenburg, Stockholm, and Malmö.
Sweden stands at the absolute global forefront of sustainable industrial operations, smart forestry automation, advanced medical engineering, and robotic electrification. From the massive automotive developments in West Sweden (Göteborg) to the cutting-edge mining and forestry gear operating in Northern Sweden's sub-arctic temperatures, the demands on DC brushless (BLDC) motor technology have changed significantly.
Standard off-the-shelf motors cannot survive the extreme mechanical stresses of local deployments. Swedish OEMs require motors with premium low-temperature lubrication, exceptionally long bearing lifespans, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) according to European CE standards, and optimized power-to-weight ratios to conserve battery systems in mobile devices.
Who We Are: Omini Motor is a specialized High-Tech China factory established in 2006, dedicated to engineering advanced Micro DC, Gear, and Brushless (BLDC) motors.
What We Believe: The heart of every great machine is its motor. If the motor fails, innovation stops. That is why we engineer every drive with industrial-grade margins—ensuring higher torque, lower noise, and longer operational lifespans than standard commercial alternatives.
How We Serve You: We bridge the gap between design and volume. Through 100% custom engineering (modifying shafts, voltages, encoders, and gear ratios) and scalable automated production, we supply global OEMs with the exact motion control they need, delivered direct from the source.
Strategic logistics, unmatched customization agility, and direct-to-engineer communication channels.
Modify shaft configurations (D-cuts, spline keyways, internal threads), coil windings for custom RPM/voltage profiles, and lead wire terminals locally adapted for direct harness plug-and-play.
Our motors undergo rigorous environmental tests—including salt spray testing for coastal applications and vibration sweeps—to guarantee compliance with RoHS, CE, and REACH specifications.
Leverage state-of-the-art NdFeB permanent magnets to maximize flux density. Omini Motors achieve high electrical-to-mechanical conversion efficiency, which extends battery runtimes for mobile robotics.

An in-depth look at how Omini Motor addresses lubrication freeze, seal shrinkage, and heat cycling in Northern Europe.
When operating motors in northern Sweden or during Swedish winters, the temperature often drops to -30°C to -40°C. At these levels, traditional mineral-based lubricants in bearings and gearboxes experience a massive increase in viscosity. The grease thickens, turning into a highly viscous gel that introduces significant drag torque. This drag can cause motors to pull excessive starting currents, triggering overcurrent protections in the drive electronics, or preventing the motor from starting altogether.
To combat this, Omini Motor uses fully synthetic, low-temperature grease (aviation-grade synthetic hydrocarbons or silicone-based lubricants) specifically rated down to -50°C. Additionally, standard nitrile rubber (NBR) seals lose their elasticity at low temperatures, leading to fluid leaks or dirt ingress. We replace these with fluoroelastomer (FKM) or low-temperature silicone seals that maintain flexibility and sealing performance, preserving the motor's IP rating even in extreme conditions.
Another challenge is thermal contraction. Stator housings (typically aluminum or steel) and copper windings shrink at different rates when exposed to extreme cold. This difference in contraction can place mechanical stress on the wire insulation, potentially causing micro-cracks that lead to winding shorts. Omini Motor addresses this by utilizing Class F and Class H double-insulated magnet wires along with flexible epoxy potting compounds. This protects the windings against thermal cycling stresses and guarantees high reliability over years of sub-zero operation.
